Neon Photography Studio: Disclaimer

Neon Photography Studio, hereafter “Neon Studio”, has the following disclaimers for its website and all its services.

1. Weather Conditions: Photography sessions scheduled for outdoor locations are subject to weather conditions. The amount of sun, cloud, wind, and/or rain are not within the control of Neon Studio and can affect the session in many ways, especially the quality of light. Furthermore, in the event of inclement weather, such as rain, T3 & above, or extreme temperatures, we reserve the right to reschedule the session to ensure the safety and comfort of all parties involved. We will make every effort to communicate and accommodate changes in schedule due to bad weather.
2. Location Permits and Restrictions: Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required for photography at the chosen location. Neon Studio is not liable for any restrictions, fines, or penalties resulting from failure to secure proper permissions.
3. Client and Guest Conduct: We expect all clients and their guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner during the session. Neon Studio reserves the right to terminate the session without refund if any person becomes rude, abusive, or engages in dangerous, unlawful or inappropriate behavior.
4. Injuries and Damages: Neon Studio is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages to property that may occur during a photography session, whether at an indoor or outdoor location. Clients and their guests assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their belongings during the session.
5. Equipment Failure and Unforeseen Circumstances: While we take great care to ensure all equipment is in proper working order, Neon Studio is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, unforeseen technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Product Loss or Damage: Neon Studio takes every precaution to protect and preserve your photographs. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to digital files, prints, or other products after they have been delivered to the client.
7. Session Timing: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Sessions that start late due to client tardiness may still end at the originally scheduled time, and additional charges apply if the session is extended.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled session if adequate notice of at least 24 hours is provided.
9. Travel and Location Fees: All packages and sessions are for the photography session only. These session or package fees to not include transport, parking, tunnel/bridge, or other fees incurred to travel to the shooting location. Additional fees also apply for sessions that require travel outside of our standard service area or for locations that require special access or permits. These include, but are not limited to, outlying islands, Sha Tau Kok Frontier area, some Country parks and South Lantau. Clients are responsible for any additional ferry/boat, vehicle, parking or equipment rentals.
10. Artistic Discretion: Neon Studio retains full artistic discretion over the final images delivered to the client. We will make every effort to accommodate client preferences and requests, but we reserve the right to make decisions regarding the editing, retouching, and selection of final images.
11. Image Examples: While some images on this website or on social media are actual clients some other images may be used simply to illustrate the type/style of images possible.

By booking a session or package with Neon Studio, the client agrees to terms, conditions and disclaimers and understands that they are entering into a legally binding contract.
